KACD WRAPS Partnership Projects
The partnership project is a collaboration between KDHE’s Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy (WRAPS)
program and the Kansas Association of Conservation Districts (KACD). Through this partnership, 9-Element Watershed
Plans are implemented in priority areas using cost-share funding determined by project efficiency.
Funding Opportunity: Projects meeting eligibility requirements can receive up to $30 per pound of phosphorus reduced, preventing contamination of Kansas waters.
