Kansas WRAPS Plan Deviation & Revision Guidance

Watershed Plan Maintenance & Guidance

The purpose of a watershed plan is to provide a framework for the effective implementation of best management practices (BMPs) to achieve water quality goals. However, watershed management is dynamic. For a myriad of reasons, actual implementation may deviate from this framework, or a full revision of the plan may be warranted.

The documents below serve as official guidance for KDHE and KS WRAPS Projects when deviation from the watershed plan or a revision of the plan is deemed necessary.
