Shared Calendar Terms and Conditions: Outside agencies granted access to the Kansas WRAPS shared calendar may add and/or edit events solely related to Kansas WRAPS activities, including workshops, stakeholder meetings, conferences, field demonstration projects, and producer or landowner engagements. All calendar entries must be accurate, relevant, and entered in a timely manner, with complete event details including date, time, location, and contact information. Agencies are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of events they create or modify and must coordinate with Kansas WRAPS staff regarding changes or cancellations.
Sponsoring Organizations Per the agreed-upon subrecipient terms and conditions, Sponsoring Organizations are required to provide KDHE with at least 30 days’ notice of subrecipient project meetings and planned events. This calendar has been developed to support compliance with the required reporting conditions. Sponsoring Organizations may post events directly to the shared calendar. If unable to do so, please provide KDHE project staff with detailed event information, including dates, times, locations, and any promotional materials.
For events supported by EPA Section 319 funding and/or State of Kansas funding, all promotional materials, descriptions, and associated outreach flyers, these must comply with applicable branding and acknowledgment requirements. The following EPA Section 319 acknowledgment and disclaimer language must be included in event descriptions and outreach materials, as applicable:
“This project has been funded wholly or in part by the United States Environmental Protection Agency under assistance agreement(s) to the State of Kansas. The contents of this document do not necessarily reflect the views and policies of the Environmental Protection Agency, nor does mention of trade names or commercial products constitute endorsement or recommendation for use.”
The EPA logo may not be altered, combined with other logos, or used in a manner that implies EPA endorsement of any organization, product, service, or activity. All required federal and state funding acknowledgments, logos, and branding elements must be reviewed and approved by Kansas WRAPS staff before public posting. The shared calendar may not be used for promotional, political, or non-WRAPS-related purposes. Kansas WRAPS reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any calendar entry and to revoke calendar access if these terms are not followed.
