Justin Jacobs, former research specialist with North Dakota State University, will share the highs and lows of intercropping so that others can more easily adopt this practice. Beginning with 45 acres in 2016, Jacob and his family have since grown their farm to a 750-acre operation, where they develop and implement soil health practices including intercropping and the use of cover crops.
