2026 Kansas & Missouri Environmental Education Conference

The Kansas Association for Conservation and Environmental Education (KACEE) and the Missouri Environmental Education Association (MEEA) invite educators, administrators, community leaders, program providers, researchers, naturalists, and environmental advocates to the 2026 Kansas & Missouri Environmental Education Conference.
This year’s theme, “From Soil to the Stars—Systems Connect Us All,” explores how the health of our land, communities, schools, food systems, and children are interconnected.
Conference sessions will explore three strands:
• Relationships that Sustain Us
• Systems that Sustain Us
• Connections that Sustain Us
The conference begins Monday evening with dinner and an opening keynote by educator, chef, and food-system advocate Diane Mora. Tuesday includes breakfast, educational sessions, networking opportunities, lunch, and the keynote “Sowing Joy and Harvesting Collective Care.”
Registration options are available for Monday only, Tuesday only, or the full conference. Student and member rates are available, and KACEE offers conference scholarships with no questions asked.
