Nick comes to us from Hugoton Kansas a typically arid part of the state. Nick was born in South Africa where he grew up on a vegetable farm in the Limpopo Province, today he is proudly an American citizen. Nick has been able to build biology and improve the health of the soils on his farm by using the tools in the toolbox that best fit his context. Nick’s choice of grazing animal is dorper sheep. The sheep not only provide nutrient cycling for the microbial life in the soil but are an important source of income for Vos Ag.
