HUC - 10270104010, Clinton Lake or Upper Wakarusa watershed in northeast Kansas. Watershed is in Douglas, Shawnee, Osage, and Wabaunsee Counties, south of Topeka and west of Lawrence, 367 square miles of rural and suburban conflict.
