The Upper Timber Creek Watershed located in north-east Cowley county is a sub watershed of the Timber Creek Watershed. It drains directly into the Winfield City Lake which is the main water supply for 60% of Cowley county. The Upper Timber Creek Watershed is approximately 86.6 sq. miles in size and includes Butler and Cowley counties. The watershed is in HUC# 11030018030020 & 11030018030030.
