We, the Flint HIlls Resource Conservation & Develpment (RC&D) Council Inc., will take in active part in promoting and directing WRAPS activities in our area and acroos the State. We will send a representtive to the WRAPS working group meetings on a regular basis, we will assist with the planning of WRAPS training and conferences, we wil servie on any other committees as needed. We will provide advice to other WRAPS groups who are new to the process.
