The Governor's Natural Resources Sub-Cabinet is the administrative decision-making body for the WRAPS program. On behalf of the WRAPS Work Group, Kansas Department of Health and Environment and the Kansas Water Office report program accomplishments to the Sub-cabinet, as well as provide program recommendations.
The WRAPS Work Group is the advising body for the WRAPS program and is comprised of the members of the Kansas Natural Resources Sub-Cabinet and other state and federal agencies. The Work Group assures that all Kansas’ water resources meet the expectations of all stakeholders by facilitating a collaborative relationship among state, federal, local government and private sector interests so that financial, programmatic and technical assistance resources are directed to the priority water resource needs of Kansas’ citizens.
